Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Executive to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our social media platforms, creating engaging content, executing email campaigns, and analyzing performance to drive brand visibility and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective social media strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Threads, X (Twitter), Quora, and more.
  • Plan and manage content calendars, scheduling posts using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, and Publer.
  • Create high-quality platform-specific content including graphics, videos, and copy that resonate with target audiences.
  • Run email marketing campaigns via MailChimp to drive engagement and improve ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze performance using tools like Microsoft Clarity and social platform insights to generate actionable reports.
  • Edit and design promotional videos and graphics using DaVinci Resolve and Canva Pro to increase engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management or a similar digital marketing role.
  • Proven track record of growing social media presence and improving engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of current social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent copywriting, content creation, and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics and scheduling tools (Clarity, Buffer, Hootsuite, Publer).
  • Video editing and design experience with DaVinci Resolve and Canva Pro is a plus.
