**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Creative Ideation**: Develop innovative and engaging content ideas for our social media platforms.
- **Content Creation**: Produce high-quality visual and written content, including photos, graphics, and videos, with a strong emphasis on creating Reels.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage and execute social media strategies across Meta Business (Facebook, Instagram) and LinkedIn.
- **Campaign Development**: Plan and execute social media campaigns that align with marketing goals and brand identity.
- **Performance Analysis**: Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to maximize engagement and reach.
- **Community Engagement**: Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster a sense of community across all social media platforms.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Executive or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous social media campaigns, content creation, and creative ideation.
- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite (Facebook, Instagram) and LinkedIn Marketing.
- Highly creative with excellent storytelling skills and the ability to produce engaging Reels and other multimedia content.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
