**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Promotion & Distribution**:

- **Promote daily news articles, editorials, and features through social media and digital channels.**:

- **Collaborate with editorial teams to ensure timely and strategic content marketing.**:

- **Social Media Management**:

- **Develop and execute social media strategies to grow followers and engagement on platforms like Facebook, Twitter (X), Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.**:

- **Monitor trends and conversations to align the brand with timely and relevant discussions.**:

- **SEO & SEM**:

- **Optimize website content for SEO to increase visibility and organic search traffic.**:

- **Run and manage Google Ads campaigns, keyword research, and performance reporting.**:

- **Use analytics to improve open rates, click-throughs, and conversions.**:

- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- **Track performance of digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, etc.**:

- **Generate weekly/monthly reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI.**:

- **Audience Engagement & Growth**:

- **Work on audience segmentation strategies to improve targeting.**:

- **Run contests, surveys, or engagement initiatives to foster reader loyalty.**:

- **Digital Advertising & Monetization**:

- **Assist in managing digital ad placements and inventory on the newspaper website.**:

- **Coordinate with advertisers and agencies for online promotions and campaigns.**:

- **Website & App Coordination**:

- **Collaborate with the web development team to ensure optimal user experience and content placement.**:

- **Assist in managing the newspaper’s mobile app content and notifications.**

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing,
- Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, Mailchimp (or similar).
- Excellent communication, writing, and editorial skills.
- Knowledge of current news and media landscape is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced newsroom environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
