**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing and business goals.
- Manage content planning and publishing calendars across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and others.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to create engaging, on-brand multimedia content.
- Analyze social media performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics platforms.
- Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions related to our industry, brand, and competitors.
- Stay current with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
- Manage paid social campaigns, including strategy, budgeting, execution, and reporting.
- Track and report on key performance metrics (KPIs), adjusting strategy as needed for continuous improvement.
- Develop and enforce social media guidelines and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Support crisis management efforts and respond promptly to any reputational issues online.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- 1-3years of proven experience in social media strategy, content creation, and campaign management.
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer).
- Experience with social advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and a keen visual aesthetic.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
