Job Description: Social Media Strategist
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Strategist with 5years of experience to join our marketing team for Education sector. As a Social Media Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage with our audience, and drive meaningful results.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development: Create and execute social media strategies that align with the company's marketing objectives and target audience, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
2. Content Planning: Develop compelling and relevant content calendars, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia elements, to maintain a consistent posting schedule.
3. Audience Engagement: Monitor social media platforms, and modify strategy to improve the engagement with our online community to foster a positive brand image and build strong relationships.
4. Analytics and Insights: Regularly analyze social media performance metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, increase reach, and improve engagement.
5. Influencer and Partner Collaboration: Identify and collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and industry partners to amplify brand awareness and reach a wider audience.
6. Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to leverage new opportunities for growth.
7. Crisis Management: Be prepared to handle and defuse potential social media crises promptly and professionally, safeguarding the organisation's reputation.
9. Brand Advocacy: Advocate for the brand's voice and tone across all social media channels, maintaining a consistent and authentic brand identity.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5years experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their audiences, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative thinking and the ability to conceptualize and execute innovative social media campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
