**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the IT/technology domain.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools like LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed.
- Good understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask effectively.
**Preferred Skills**
- Experience in hiring for IT and technical roles.
- Familiarity with employer branding initiatives.
- Knowledge of HR compliance and labor laws related to recruitment.
