**Experience Required**:Minimum 6 months-1 year in recruitment (IT and Non-IT)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the creation of job descriptions and job postings.
- Post job post on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
- Assist with recruitment-related administrative tasks.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and market compensation data.

**Key Qualifications**:

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Familiarity with job boards, social media, and other recruiting platforms.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of recruitment metrics and KPIs.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
