- **Job Posting**: Draft, update, and publish job descriptions across relevant platforms
- **Recruitment Reporting**: Assist in maintaining trackers, updating applicant status, and preparing basic recruitment reports
- **Employer Branding**: Support recruitment marketing activities such as job fairs, campus hiring, and social media campaigns

**Key Skills & Attributes**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of the recruitment process
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Familiarity with job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Attention to detail and professionalism
- Eagerness to learn and grow in talent acquisition

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Internship experience in HR/recruitment is a plus
