Recruitment Manager – Noida (Work from Office)

StaffAnchor Talent Solutions is hiring a
Recruitment Manager
to lead and manage a team of recruiters. The role requires strong experience in
non-IT recruitment
across junior, mid, senior, and leadership (executive search) positions, along with proven expertise in client management and team handling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor a team of recruiters to deliver on client mandates.
  • Work hands-on to close key positions across
    Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, F&B, Fitness & Wellness, Education, Interiors, and Leadership Hiring (Executive Search)
    .
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles at multiple levels (junior to senior leadership).
  • Act as the
    single point of contact
    for assigned clients and ensure smooth delivery.
  • Manage multiple positions simultaneously while driving consistent closures and billing.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in
    recruitment consultancy
    with at least 2 years in
    team management
    .
  • Must be currently associated with a recruitment consultancy.
  • Hands-on experience in
    non-IT hiring
    (junior to senior leadership positions).
  • Strong client management, multitasking, and people leadership skills.
