Role Overview:

We are seeking a Global Recruiter with proven experience in vendor empanelment, recruitment agency management, and STEM hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top global talent while managing relationships with external partners and ensuring cost-effective recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive end-to-end recruitment for global hiring mandates, with a strong focus on STEM roles (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics).

Manage vendor empanelment and build strong partnerships with recruitment agencies, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements.

Negotiate terms, track performance, and maintain compliance with vendor agreements.

Source, screen, and evaluate candidates globally through direct sourcing methods and partner networks.

Collaborate with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand workforce needs and deliver quality hires within set timelines.

Implement innovative sourcing strategies across global regions to attract niche and hard-to-find talent.

Ensure a strong pipeline of diverse candidates for current and future roles.

Maintain recruitment dashboards, MIS reports, and vendor performance reviews.

Stay updated on global talent trends, STEM hiring challenges, and competitive landscape.

Key Requirements:

Experience:2-5 years in global recruitment with exposure to vendor empanelment & recruitment agency handling.

Strong track record in STEM hiring (Engineering, Technology, R&D, Data Science, etc.).

Proven ability to manage multiple vendors and global stakeholders simultaneously.

Familiarity with global recruitment markets, compliance norms, and talent trends.

Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.

Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS, job boards, and professional networking platforms.
