Warehouse Executive, Pune - Your future position?

As a Warehouse Executive, you will be responsible for the overall warehouse management & Tolling activities at the Ranjangaon plant for our Taste & Wellbeing Operations.

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for the following,
RM /PM received for Tolling at factory
Monitor unloading activity - DE dusting, sampling, labeling, weight
Inbound entry post checking all documents

Warehousing activity in Factory
Monitor & ensure proper segregation of Tea, & other RM,
Cycle count

Dispatches of RM's to the Toller
Review Toller MIS daily for proactive replenishment.
Coordinate for repacking the RM's physically as well as in SAP as per requirement list provided by the planning team.
System transactions for completion of the outbound deliveries in the SAP, i.e. TO creation, TO confirm, Shipment creation
Monitoring material scanning & ensure the accurate loading of RM sending to Toller
Preparation of job work challans for sending materials to the Toller -Google sheet
Preparation of E way bill based on Challan
Vehicle planning to send RM/PM to Toller

Production Booking at Toller & dispatch to factory
Production booking in SAP -MIGO, based on Daily report from Toller -Batch wise
Liaising with Toller & QC for dispatch & QC clearance from Toller
Update system for production booking
Vehicle planning to send FG to Factory

Receiving FG from Toller
Checking the inward job work challan received from the Toller & update in Google sheet
Monitor Physical verification of FG received from the Toller
System transfer of FG from Toller location to plant location -MB1B
Update record/Google sheet in compliance with GST requirement

F. Perform SFS Activity
Create OD, TO, shipment planning
Monitor Labeling activity
Monitor Shipment load - RF gun - LM30
Invoice generation
E way bill

**Your profile includes**:
Graduate Degree with any specialization
Exposure to factory operations, Warehousing, Tolling, Logistics and Distribution
Relevant experience of around 6 to 7 years
Good Communications skills
Preferably sound knowledge of SAP
Good knowledge of Analytical tool in Excel
