Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
Receive, store, and track electronics materials imported from oversea suppliers.

Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse

Ensure Inward material GRIN in system ERP. management system (WMS) and update stock levels regularly.

Ensure proper labelling and categorization of products based on type, size, and model for easy identification and retrieval

Perform regular stock checks and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy and prevent discrepancies.

Warehouse Organization:
Organize and maintain the warehouse, ensuring all materials are stored in the correct locations with optimal space utilization.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including the proper handling and storage of electronic materials.

Ensure cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse, implementing 3R5S (Right Location, Right Quantity, Right Product, Sort, set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) practices.

Shipping and Receiving:
Oversee the receiving of shipments, verifying the quantity and quality of materials based on the import order.

Coordinate with the sales team for timely dispatch and delivery of materials to customer/clients.

Ensure all shipments are correctly labelled with necessary documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs paperwork.

Coordinate with transportation providers and delivery teams to ensure smooth logistics and on-time deliveries. Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain proper records of incoming and outgoing materials, including purchase orders, receipts, and delivery notes.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock levels, inbound and outbound shipments, and any discrepancies.

Communicate with relevant departments (such as procurement and sales) regarding stock levels, upcoming shipments, and customer orders.

Quality Control:
Inspect products for damage during handling, storage, and transportation.

Notify the procurement or quality control team of any damaged or defective items and follow up with returns or replacements as necessary.

Safety and Compliance:
Ensure that the warehouse operates in accordance with local safety regulations and company policies.

Regularly review and update safety procedures, ensuring that all team members follow protocols to avoid accidents.

Conduct routine safety checks of equipment and machinery to ensure they are functioning properly.

Team Coordination:
Work closely with other warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations and deadlines are met.

Provide training to new team members on warehouse processes and safety standards.

Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in documentation.

Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, Hand Pallet Truck, stacker) is a plus point.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
