Yenepoya Technology Incubator (YTI) is a Technology Business Incubator established by Yenepoya (Deemed to be University), Mangalore. It promotes healthcare innovations and medical device startups.

We are hiring a Marketing Associate responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services and facilities to potential startups.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and attract healthcare startups
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote services and facilities to potential startups and innovators
- Utilise social media and other digital platforms for promotion and outreach
- Organize and conduct events such as hackathons and pitch competitions to engage and support the startup community
- Coordinate with incubated startups and assist with their marketing efforts
- Monitor and analyse market trends and adjust marketing strategies as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Any Science/Engineering Graduate
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or startup ecosystem
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in social media and other digital marketing platforms

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
