About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious professional to join our Founder's Office as an Associate. In this role, you will work closely with our leadership team on high-impact initiatives across marketing, product, and growth.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving cross-functional execution, collaborating with teams across operations, creative, and supply chain. You will also have the opportunity to take ownership of projects that span customer research, brand strategy, new product launches, and partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive cross-functional execution by collaborating with teams across operations, creative, and supply chain.

Qualifications:

  • Early-career professional: 1 – 2 years of work experience.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in ambiguity.
  • Strong problem-solving and quantitative skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • A passion for learning, education, and building consumer brands.
