Min 1-2 years experience as sales executive or similar profile in kitchen products store or company

Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant

Skills required:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with media relations and crisis communication.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours during events.

Profile Responsibilities:
**Event Planning**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive event plans in alignment with organizational goals and PR strategies.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual requirements, and other event-related details.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.

**Media Relations**:

- Build and maintain relationships with relevant media outlets to secure coverage for events.
- Prepare press releases, media kits, and other materials to promote events to the media.
- Act as a spokesperson during events and facilitate media interactions.

**Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Identify and engage key stakeholders, including influencers, community leaders, and industry professionals.
- Cultivate relationships to enhance the organization's reputation and increase positive visibility.

**Social Media Management**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to promote events and engage online audiences.
- Monitor social media channels for event-related discussions and respond appropriately.

**Content Creation**:

- Create compelling content, including event announcements, promotional materials, and post-event summaries.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to produce visually appealing and impactful materials.

**Crisis Management**:

- Anticipate and address potential issues that may arise during events.
- Develop crisis communication plans and respond effectively to mitigate negative impacts.

**Post-Event Evaluation**:

- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of PR strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze media coverage and audience feedback to measure the impact of events on the organization's reputation.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
