**Introduction**:
As a Sales Representative specializing in Modular Kitchens, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our innovative modular kitchen solutions to potential customers. Your primary focus will be on building strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering customized modular kitchen solutions that meet their expectations.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide expert advice on modular kitchen solutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely resolution of queries.
- **Sales Generation**:

- Actively seek and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our modular kitchen offerings.
- **Quotation and Proposal Development**:

- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations based on client specifications.
- Collaborate with the design team to create compelling proposals that align with customer preferences.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Provide feedback on market demands and suggest product improvements or new offerings.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Share insights and feedback to enhance overall team performance.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to understand technical aspects of modular kitchen solutions.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Languages:

- English, Hindi and Marathi
