**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled **Researcher - Sales Data** to join our team and contribute to our strategic planning through in-depth sales data analysis. This role is ideal for an individual passionate about data-driven decision-making, market research, and identifying key trends in the competitive marketplace.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze sales data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for growth.
- Conduct thorough market research to benchmark against competitors.
- Collect and compile data from multiple sources, including CRM systems, market reports, and internal records.
- Provide actionable insights through detailed sales and performance reports.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support strategy development.
- Monitor market and industry developments to track emerging opportunities.
- Assist in sales forecasting and target setting through data modeling.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience in sales research or data analysis (2+ years preferred).
- Familiarity with sales tools, market research methodologies, and CRM platforms.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Experience with statistical tools (e.g., SPSS, R, Python) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting findings and reports.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage large datasets.
