**About the Role**

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Presales & Market Research Intern to join our Inside Sales team. The role is ideal for someone who is passionate about research, technology, and sustainability and is eager to build a foundation in sales, business development, and market intelligence. You will be responsible for conducting research on potential clients, understanding their needs, and supporting the presales team in identifying high-value opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients, industries, and business opportunities.
- Research and profile target companies to understand their business model, market positioning, and needs.
- Gather and analyze competitor information to support sales strategy.
- Assist in preparing client briefs, presentations, and presales documents.
- Maintain and update lead databases with accurate and relevant information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prioritize and qualify leads.
- Track industry trends, emerging markets, and potential business expansion areas.
- Support in creating reports and insights for management decision-making.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Fresher / Graduate, having interest in inside sales.
- Students can apply; high-performing internships may lead to a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO).
- Strong analytical and internet research skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Interest in ESG, sustainability, and emerging business trends.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace;Canva, Chat GPT, Perplexity and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn about presales and inside sales processes.
- Proficiency in using AI tools for research, data analysis, and information synthesis to improve efficiency and insight quality.
