**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Understand client issues and provide solutions effectively and professionally.
- Build a positive relationship with customers and guide them through product features.
- Learn and implement techniques for **upselling and cross-selling** relevant offerings.
- Keep accurate records of all conversations and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for technical escalations or custom requests.

**Who Can Apply**:

- Fresher to 1 year of experience in any customer-facing role (internship included.
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written) is a must.
- Passion for customer satisfaction and proactive problem-solving.
- Good understanding of SaaS or tech products is a plus (mandatory).
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
