We are hiring a **Customer Care Executive** to join our dynamic team at **Equitel Franchise Pvt. Ltd.** as we expand our presence in the **Gurgaon/NCR** region. If you're passionate about the electrical field, proactive in generating leads, and enjoy engaging with clients, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Be a **go-getter** for generating new leads and inquiries
- Follow up with clients for order confirmations and updates
- Search for relevant tenders on **GEM (Government e-Marketplace)** and actively participate in them
- Promote and market all **Equitel products**, including transformer accessories, protective relays, monitoring solutions, and more
- Coordinate and set up product demos with various **utility companies** and **OEMs**:

- Take initiative in **closing sales** and driving **business growth**:

- **Attend customer meetings** with **Power Utilities across North India**:

- Participate in **OEM training sessions** and actively engage in business development
- Play a key role in establishing **Equitel’s presence** in the **Gurgaon/NCR** market

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and strong at generating leads and inquiries
- **Willingness to travel** across **North India** for customer meetings and business development activities
- Ability to work hard and contribute to the successful establishment of Equitel’s entity in the new market
