**Competencies / Skills**:

- Good knowledge about electrical & controls maintenance of Siemens PLC and drives, ABB robots, Scimetric systems, fastening equipment’s from Atlas Copco robotics, hot run and Dyno and spare parts management for machine shop.
- Exposure to Crisis Maintenance, Autonomous Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance & predictive Maintenance.
- Should have handled Maintenance system for any manufacturing shop similar to ford.Expertise in Maximo will be added advantage.
- Should have knowledge of problem solving and reporting tools Six Sigma DMAIC, why-why analysis,4D,5D & 8D.
- Should be able to analyze & take countermeasures for process & maintenance breakdowns.
- Should have working knowledge of ISO (Quality &Safety).
- Should have good soft skill, shop floor management skills. Should have experience of handling a team at shop floor like conflict management.

**Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage maintenance group of Team Leaders, Technician and Act apprentices for MWT concept.
- Resolution of breakdowns for SPM machines in Engine Assembly.
- Meeting daily production targets as per production plan within specified quality parameters & under safe working environment.
- Proactive in continuous improvements on line for achieving high efficiency targets with improvements in MTTR and MTBF, Availability, and TPP matrix.
- Management & upkeep of backups, drawings, logics for all machining machines.
- Operation standard updation & performing ISO related activities for Maintenance.
- Solving of all controls and electrical related issues in Engine assembly.
- Drive improvement actions on Safety, quality, cost, delivery, maintenance, environment, and morale though DMAIC approach.
- Lead all modifications in machining area regarding controls and logic.
- Cost Reduction drive in utilities and spares to meet MCPU. Lead electrical/electronics repairs
- Lead PDM and resolve the abnormalities in the machining lines.
