JR49207 Assembly/Test Tactical Planner, ATTP
- Participate in hands-on training and mentorship programs to gain practical experience in semiconductor backend manufacturing.
- Attend training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance your technical skills and industry knowledge.
- Adhere to company safety protocols and quality standards while working in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
- Drive Backend Volume Metrics to Achieve Target
- Interact with GSM and manufacturing site to define backend quarterly volumetric targets
- Coordinate with site to define tactical approach to achieve metrics
- Drive backend manufacturing site to achieve volume metrics
- Report metrics to your managers/organization leader(s)
- Understanding end-to-end supply chain and the down-stream impact of demand and supply fluctuations
- Standardize Backend Tactical Planning Business Process/Systems
- Identify existing backend planning business processes/systems Opportunity For Improvement (OFI)
- Collaborate with ATCP Business Process team, System Process Engineer (SPE) team, GSM to perform documentation of business process
- Track and Drive Network Product End-to-End Commitment
- Track and analyze network product movement through Backend pipeline
- Flag out product behind schedule WIP movement
- Investigate with BE sites to understand the root cause of WIP movement delinquency
- Facilitate network solution to resolve WIP movement delinquency
- Drive mitigation actions to recover any delinquency and target to maintain commitment
- Summarize systematic improvement plan
