JR40857 TECHNICIAN, ASSY EQUIPMENT & PROCESS

**Responsibilities and Tasks**:

- Bring up equipment in an efficient manner and minimum downtime
- Operate and maintain equipment
- Perform routine equipment health check / conversion as defined
- Performs electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process
- Dismantles, adjusts, repairs and assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings
- Uses test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts.
- Rebuild manufacturing equipment as required
- May perform equipment modifications as advised by engineers.
- Provide communication between ES, Engineering, and Production
- Connect with production to relay problems, changes, or request information as needed
- Provide feedback observations and data to the engineering group to help resolve chronic problems or experiments
- Assist engineer on projects to improve overall test equipment efficiency and effectiveness
- Support yields continuous improvement projects
- Propose and implement improvement projects to desired results
- Perform Failure Analysis from PE request

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a strong interest in working in a dynamic environment
- Able to work on shift
- Knowledge in wire bond, die attach, encapsulation or wafer thinning/dicing with 3 years experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing will be added advantages.
- Strong Performer, Fast Learner, independent and highly motivated
- Capability of analyzing data and problem solving
