Lead and manage group of Team Leaders, Technician and Act apprentices.
- Meeting daily production targets as per production plan within specified quality parameters & under safe working environment.
- Proactive in continuous improvements in line for achieving high efficiency targets with zero-defect quality.
- Liaising with supporting departments for elimination of stoppages/road blocks for achieving line targets.
- Management & upkeep of Jigs, Fixtures, Centers, Chucks, Cutting tools, Grinding Wheels and Gauges.
- Ensure harmonious work culture in his work area. Monitor and manage skill and versatility matrices of the teams
- Operation standard updation & performing ISO related activities.
- Drive improvement actions on Safety, quality, cost, delivery, maintenance, environment, and morale though DMAIC and PJO approach.
- Perform TDM Task.

Education Qualification**: Engineering Degree / Engineering diploma**

Number of Years of Experience. : 8 -12 Years

Professional Exposure : Responsible for manufacturing of in-house engine components (Cyl. Block, Cyl. Head & Crank Shaft) within specified quality standards. Will be responsible to meet organizational targets in terms of safety, productivity / quality, cost & moral in a mass production setup.

Skill & Knowledge requirement. : Handling People and interpersonal skills with Automobile Knowledge,

Any Other requirement : CNC machines operations/maintenance skills.
