1) Role: Public Speaking Coach & Program Operations

You'll teach public speaking both online & offline (1:1, small groups, workshops, schools & universities). From building content, scripts, trackers, to lead engagement, you will be equal parts coach, creator, and operator.

What you'll do (core):

  • Coach:
    Modules on structure - Voice & Body language with soft skills , that is good Delivery in storytelling.
  • Content:
    Plan weekly calendar; write hooks/scripts; shoot/trim reels; prep carousels.
  • Editing:
    Fast cuts for IG/YT Shorts; captioning; repurposing long into short.
  • Ops:
    Build/update trackers (leads, sessions, outcomes, content, feedback); keep dashboards active.
  • Community & Growth:
    Reply to DMs, qualify inquiries, book trials, manage WhatsApp/IG comments.
  • Events:
    Coordinate mini-workshops/demos; collect testimonials; publish case studies.
  • Quality:
    Design simple SOPs; maintain libraries (scripts, thumbnails, templates).
