JR42750 Equipment/Assembly Process Technician - New College Graduate (Evergreen)
**Role & responsibilities**
As an Engineering Technician, you will be primarily responsible for supporting daily line operational matters.
- To perform equipment maintenance Support and upgrade of production equipment Tackle and analyze machine failure mechanism Identify areas of improvements and participate actively in improvement activities to reduce machine downtime Assist engineer in doing engineering evaluations and projects and making quality and reliability improvements Minimize equipment downtime through preventive maintenance
**Requirements**:- Good communication and social skills with a strong interest in working in a dynamic and ambitious environment.- Basic analytical skill, fast learner, independent and highly motivated and work well with given a short lead time.- Able to work optimally in a team.
- Able to work under minimum supervision
