Position - Engineer / Executive Engineer
- Proving Ground

Job Location -, Pithampur

Age - 32 Max.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Knowledge of Road/Highway related work with understanding of Planning / Execution and maintenance.

2. Well Knowledge of relevant Specification for the road and highway construction works.

3. Knowledge to Manage on-site construction works, materials and document management.

4. Knowledge of Conducting research and studies on traffic patterns, environmental conditions, and other factors affecting the road conditions.

5. Review and study the need for new or revised engineering standards, material for construction, and regulations.

6. Staying aware of emerging technologies and their potential impact on Roads and Highway Project.

7. To Plan, Assist and execute maintenance work of Proving Ground (Special Roads) with PG-C&M team.

8. On site supervision and analyse data (Surface Characteristics, reports, tests, drawings, comparison/conclusion).

9. Oversee and manage all phases of maintenance activity, from initial planning to project closeout, ensuring that maintenance is completed within budget and on schedule.

10. Resolve any construction-related issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of the execution/ maintenance.

11. Senior civil engineers should have extensive experience in Special Types Project. They should also have skills in negotiation, leadership, creative problem solving, and a flexible approach.

Desired Skills:
1. Familiarity with MoRTH and IRC codes, Road/Traffic regulations, Strong review and research skill.

2. Be prepared for challenge in order to develop a high degree of technical competence, including the ability to develop and compare the road surface data.

3. Have an enthusiastic, enquiring mind, with a good sense of humour and able to work both singularly and in a team.

4. Ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders. Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities, Detail - oriented and highly organised,

5. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

6. Excellent Communication Skills both written and verbal.

7. Knowledge of MS-Office and leadership skills.

Qualifications & Experience:
1. B.E. in Civil Engineering

2. Minimum Experience of 7-8 years in designing planning and construction of Road Highways and Expressways.

3. Experience of Test Tracks / Proving Ground is added advantage

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
