**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Flight Reservations**: Manage domestic and international flight bookings using various Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
- **Customer Support**: Assist clients with booking inquiries, cancellations, rescheduling, and fare quotations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Ticket Issuance**: Issue and reissue airline tickets, process refunds, and handle schedule changes promptly.
- **Documentation**: Ensure all necessary travel documents are accurate and up to date, including visas, passports, and insurance.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to airline regulations, fare rules, and company policies while handling bookings and ticketing.
- **Coordination**: Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- **Reporting**: Maintain records of bookings, cancellations, and customer feedback for analysis and reporting.

**Qualifications**
- Ticket Sales and Reservations skills
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of travel industry software and systems
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
