**Key Responsibilities:1. Hospital Marketing & Promotion**:

- Implement marketing strategies to promote hospital services and specialties.
- Conduct regular visits to doctors, clinics and diagnostic centers to build and maintain a referral network.

**2. TPA & Billing Coordination**:

- Ensure timely submission of bills to the TPA (Third Party Administrator) office.
- Coordinate with TPA representatives for claim approvals and documentation.
- Track the status of submitted claims and ensure prompt collection of payments.

**3. Dispatch and Administrative Work**:

- Manage the dispatch of invoices, reports and other documents related to patient services and TPA.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatched documents and billing files.
- Support the administrative team in handling marketing and billing-related paperwork.

**4. Referral Marketing**:

- Build and maintain relationships with external doctors and clinics to generate patient referrals.
- Maintain a referral database and prepare reports on referral trends and source performance.
- Monitor and analyze referral patterns to improve marketing strategies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
