**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Referral Marketing**: Develop and execute referral marketing plans to establish and maintain relationships with nearby hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals to increase patient referrals.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct market research to identify potential referral sources and understand the competitive landscape of the local healthcare market.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, and hospital staff to promote the hospital's services.
- **Promotional Activities**: Plan and execute promotional activities, including visits to clinics and hospitals, organizing CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), health camps, and other marketing events.
- **Reporting & Feedback**: Monitor the effectiveness of referral strategies, prepare regular reports on marketing activities and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the internal marketing team and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant healthcare regulations and ethical standards.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field. A healthcare background is a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience in referral marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- **Other Requirements**:

- Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driver’s license.

**Compensation**:
As industry norms

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
