Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute our online growth initiatives across search engines and social media platforms. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creatively inclined, and experienced in building strong digital visibility for brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across search engines and social media platforms to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and conversions.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, on-page and off-page search optimization, and performance audits to strengthen the brand's search presence.
  • Create and implement ROI-focused marketing strategies across multiple channels, including social media, email, and messaging platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare data-driven reports to guide marketing decisions.
  • Build and execute content strategies and ad creatives aligned with brand goals and audience insights.
  • Enhance brand discoverability and ranking for targeted business categories and relevant local searches.
  • Manage audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and funnel optimization for improved engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in managing performance marketing across search and social platforms.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ad auction systems, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Expertise in campaign optimization, A/B testing, and data analytics.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms such as analytics dashboards, ad managers, automation tools, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to create compelling ad copy, content briefs, and audience-first communication strategies.
  • Strong grasp of online brand positioning, reputation management, and local ranking enhancement.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and digital growth opportunities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22, ₹30,000.00 per month
