**Full job description**

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Digital Marketing Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions to students, professionals, or corporate teams. The trainer will be responsible for teaching various digital marketing modules, designing course content, conducting practical sessions, and helping learners gain industry-relevant skills. The role includes both **online and offline training**, as well as creating engaging **reels and long-form videos** to promote our social media channels and enhance our digital presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, update, and deliver digital marketing training content in line with industry trends.
- Conduct engaging in-person, virtual, and recorded training sessions tailored to different learning levels.
- Track student progress, identify learning gaps, and design assessments to measure effectiveness.
- Maintain training records and develop new learning materials as needed.
- Ensure a well-managed, tech-ready classroom environment and address any training-related issues proactively.

**Qualification**

**Bachelor’s degree** in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- 2 to 3 Years of Relevant teaching Experience in Digital Marketing with a strong understanding of its various aspects.
- Experience working as a Digital Marketer in an Agency is preferred.
- Prior experience in teaching/training or mentoring roles is preferred
- Strong knowledge of tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.) Canva, Mailchimp, etc.
- Experience in creating engaging **video content** for YouTube, social media, or online education platform is preferred.
- Ability to adapt content for both **online and offline** training formats.
- Passion for teaching and helping others develop their skills.
