**Virtual Relationship Officer (Outbound Sales/Customer service)**

**Job Location**:

- Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai
- Perungudi Chennai

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Must have minimum 1-year experience into Banking / NBFC (Sales/ customer service)
- Graduation must
- Excellent Communication Skills in English and Hindi.
- Age limit up to 32 years

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent communication skills with, good comprehension & negotiation skills
- Computer/ internet navigation skills & Situational Handling.
- Good _written and verbal communication skills in (English)._
- Experience working with Digital sales platform.
- Experience working with BFSI/NBFC related products.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
- Product knowledge Time management skills.
- Customer focused attitude and the capacity to adjust and to handle various personalities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers.
- Ability to do multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Track record of over achieving given Target.
