Role Overview:
As a Marketing Executive at G Virtual Solutions, you will play a crucial role in crafting engaging content, supporting social media initiatives, and collaborating on diverse marketing projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a talented team, engage directly with clients, and gain extensive hands-on experience in digital marketing, content development, and the use of cutting edge AI software.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation:
Partner with the design team to produce visually appealing graphics and multimedia content that resonate with our target audience.

2. Social Media Management:
Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.

Generate and share innovative ideas to boost the effectiveness and reach of our social media efforts.

3. Marketing Strategy and Campaigns:
Support the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns.

Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights for strategic planning.

4. Cross Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure our marketing efforts are aligned and integrated across functions.

Coordinate with external vendors or agencies to support our marketing initiatives.

5. Analytics and Reporting:
Use basic analytics tools to track, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.

Offer actionable insights to refine and improve our marketing strategies based on performance data.

6. Client Engagement:
Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored marketing solutions.

Manage and nurture client relationships through regular communication, ensuring their social media and business objectives are effectively met.

7. Administrative and Lead Generation:
Handle administrative tasks related to marketing activities and client management.

Participate in lead generation efforts, contributing to the identification and development of new business opportunities.

8. Skill Development and Learning:
Learn and utilise CRM and LMS software to manage client interactions and streamline marketing processes.

Gain hands-on experience with advanced AI software, enhancing your capabilities in automating and optimising marketing tasks.

Qualifications:
1. Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree

2. Experience:
At least 1 year of practical experience in marketing, with a strong focus on content creation and/or social media management or SEO

3. Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and basic office software (e.g., MS Office).

Familiarity with social media platforms and fundamental principles of content creation.

4. Language Skills:
Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English.

5. Interpersonal and Communication Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.

Comfortable engaging in direct interactions with clients to understand and meet their needs.

6. Other Skills:
Demonstrated problem solving abilities and keen attention to detail.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced, and collaborative environment.

Business acumen and capability to engage in one to one interactions with international clients.
