**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Virtual Assistant cum Business Development Executive. In this dual role, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day administrative tasks while also driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals.

**Key Responsibilities:Virtual Assistant Duties**:

- **Administrative Support**: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize tasks for senior management.
- **Document Preparation**: Create, edit, and organize documents, presentations, and reports.
- **Data Entry**: Maintain and update databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Coordinate travel bookings, accommodations, and itineraries for business trips.
- **Social Media Management**: Assist in managing company social media profiles, including posting content and engaging with followers.

**Business Development Duties**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify and research potential clients, industries, and markets for business growth.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- **Sales Presentations**: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals successfully.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and business development strategies.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant and/or Business Development Executive.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- **Other Qualifications**:

- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
