Responsibilities :
As our Virtual Assistant, you will be the backbone of our daily operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Scheduling and Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the consultants calendar, including scheduling and confirming meetings with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders. Use tools like Google Calendar and Calendly to coordinate complex schedules.
* Email Management: Draft and send professional emails for follow-ups, meeting confirmations, and general correspondence. You will also help manage and organize the consultant's inbox.
* Lead Management: Maintain and update our lead database using Google Sheets or a CRM. You will be responsible for conducting initial research on new leads and sending introductory emails as instructed.
* Follow-ups: Proactively manage follow-ups for all business activities, including client proposals, candidate interviews, and networking connections, ensuring no opportunities are missed.
* Social Media Support: Assist with managing the consultant's professional social media presence, primarily on platforms like LinkedIn. This includes scheduling posts and engaging with the network.
* General Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, such as creating basic reports, organizing documents in Google Drive, and assisting with data entry.
Qualifications
* Experience: Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role. Experience in an HR or recruitment setting is a plus.
* Skills:
* Exceptional Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively with a high degree of attention to detail.
* Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets) and communication tools like WhatsApp and Slack.
* Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Proactive Attitude: A self-starter who can anticipate needs and take initiative without constant supervision.
* Work Ethic: A strong sense of responsibility, a professional demeanor, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
