Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architecture and Structural and MEPF BIM Modeler located in Mumbai. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating and managing 3D BIM models, ensuring accurate and detailed architectural and structural designs, coordinating with different teams for integration and clash detection, conducting quantity takeoffs, and performing energy analysis. The role will also involve communication with clients and stakeholders to evaluate project progress and resolve any issues that may arise.

Qualifications

  • Architecture, Architectural Design, and Solution Architecture skills
  • Integration and Communication skills
  • Understanding of BIM methodologies and tools
  • Experience in coordinating with different teams and managing projects
  • Proficiency in BIM software like Revit, Navisworks, etc.
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or related field
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
