About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled BIM Coordinator (Electrical) with proven experience in Data Centre projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and delivering electrical BIM models that meet international standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate electrical BIM models for data centre projects.
  • Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and ensure adherence to BIM standards.
  • Manage modeling and coordination of LV, HV, UPS, Cabling, Lighting, Earthing, Fire Alarm & ICT systems.
  • Perform clash detection using Navisworks and resolve issues with MEPF/Architectural/Structural teams.
  • Extract layouts, shop drawings, schedules, and BOQs from Revit models.
  • Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams for effective project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with international standards like IEC, IEEE, NFPA, ASHRAE, and local codes.
  • Manage BIM 360 / ACC workflows for cloud-based model sharing and documentation.
  • Conduct QA/QC checks on models for accuracy and constructability.
  • Support design reviews, coordination meetings, and client presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 5–7 years of BIM experience, with at least 3+ years in Data Centre projects (Electrical discipline).
  • Proficiency in Revit (Electrical), Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD.
  • Experience with BIM 360 / ACC / CDE platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of data centre electrical systems (power distribution, redundancy, grounding, lighting).
  • Familiarity with international standards (IEC, IEEE, NFPA, ISO
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
