A secretary is an administrative professional who plays a key role in the smooth running of a business. They are responsible for a variety of tasks
- **Secretary responsibilities and duties-**
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals
- Receiving and screening _phone calls_ and redirecting them when appropriate.
- Should have proper knowledge to use outlook, gmail mails.
- Develop and implement office procedures
- Maintain general company record systems to uphold accurate files
- Screen documents, book meeting rooms, set up conference calls and take messages
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying
- Knowledge of specific software programs/Software Suites, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Managing databases
- Prioritizing workloads
- Should have proper knowledge to use outlook, gmail mails.
- _Arranging and Booking travel plans _like flights/train/hotels/as per requirements.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
