**We are seeking a dynamic and creative Client Service Executive with 2+ years of experience to manage and nurture relationships with our real estate clients. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding client needs, providing strategic recommendations, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns.**

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for real estate clients, developing strong relationships and understanding their business objectives.
- Collaborate with clients to identify their marketing needs and provide creative solutions to achieve their goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, content, analytics) to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring all client expectations are met.
- Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and recommendations to clients, fostering transparent communication.
- Proactively address client inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and engagement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide valuable insights to clients.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in client service, account management, or a similar role, preferably within a digital marketing agency focused on real estate.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a creative mindset for problem-solving.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with real estate marketing strategies and tools is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management software and CRM tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
