Key responsibilities include generating leads, counseling prospective parents, guiding them through the enrollment process, managing existing parent relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth experience for students and families. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate records, meeting admission targets, and gathering feedback to improve services. Key responsibilities
- **Lead generation and outreach**: Identifying and engaging with potential parents through various channels like calls, events, and digital leads.
- **Counseling and admissions**: Providing detailed information about programs, addressing parent concerns, and guiding them through the admission and enrollment process.
- **Relationship management**: Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with both prospective and current parents to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- **Internal coordination**: Collaborating with internal teams (e.g., academics, admissions, and operations) to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
- **Administrative duties**: Maintaining accurate records of parent interactions, leads, and admissions in CRM systems or spreadsheets.
- **Feedback and support**: Gathering feedback from parents to help improve school processes and proactively addressing their queries or concerns.
- **Performance and reporting**: Achieving enrollment or revenue targets and providing regular performance reports to management.
- **Event participation**: Representing the organization at school events, orientations, and other marketing activities.
- **Emergency communication**: Contacting parents in case of an emergency for a student, as directed by school management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
