Public Relations Officer

**Job Summary**:
The Public Relations Officer (PRO) at Sibia Medical Centre is responsible for managing and shaping the hospital's public image and communication. The PRO will develop and implement strategies to build strong relationships with patients, the community, and the media. The goal is to enhance the hospital's reputation, increase patient trust, increase patient inflow, and support the hospital's overall objectives.
**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- **Public Image Management**:
- Develop and execute comprehensive public relations plans and strategies.
- Monitor public opinion and feedback, and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Maintain a consistent and positive image of Sibia Medical Centre across all communication channels.
- **Community Engagement**:
- Plan and coordinate community outreach programs and events.
- Represent Sibia Medical Centre at community events and meetings.
- Build relationships with local organizations, societies, associations, clubs, community leaders, etc.
- Identify opportunities for the hospital to participate in community health initiatives.
- **Patient Relations**:
- Develop strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and experience.
- Address patient complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Gather patient feedback and use it to improve services.
- **Event Management**:
- Plan and execute hospital events, such as health fairs, seminars,etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₹11,450.46 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 48 per week
