- **Crisis Communication**:Handling negative publicity or crises by developing communication strategies to mitigate damage to the organization's reputation.
- **Monitoring and Analysis**:Tracking media coverage, analyzing campaign performance, and reporting on results.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, investors, and community members.
