**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Issue Resolution**: Identify, address, and resolve client issues and concerns effectively, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
- **Product Guidance**: Provide information and assistance regarding our stock broking services, investment options, and account management.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all client interactions.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments to resolve client issues and contribute to team goals.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related role, preferably in the financial services, banking or stock broking industry.
**Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
