**Job Purpose**

Part of the Investor Relations (IR) team at the corporate office and lead the development of quarterly results pack, shareholding analysis, competition benchmarking and industry analysis both local and global, monthly synopsis of research reports, changes required on IR page of VI website, as well as supporting various other Ad-hoc requirements of the management.

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- Lead the development of the Quarterly report, Press release and Corporate presentation
- Lead the quarterly earning call related activities including management perps sessions
- Regular interaction with Sell side and Buy side participants to effectively communicate the equity story of the company
- Active engagement with various internal functions to understand the emerging business trends
- Competition bench marking both Local (periodically) and Global (as required)
- Support towards NDR/Conference participation by management
- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Support the fund raising activities
- Support the Annual Report development and provide inputs for media interactions

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**
- Understanding of equity market
- Understanding of business valuation techniques
- Ability to develop financial model
- 4-5 Years of IR experience
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**

Chartered Accountant / MBA Finance

**Years of Experience**

Overall experience of 8+ years, 4 years of IR experience
