Head of Investor Relations (Leadership Role)Mumbai / NoidaA fast-growing investment banking & capital markets platform is looking for a senior leader to build and drive its Investor Relations function globally.If you excel at shaping market perception, building high-trust investor relationships, and communicating strategic narratives with clarity and impact this leadership role is for you.What You Will Lead:- Design & execute a comprehensive Investor Relations Strategy- Build long-term strategic relationships with global institutional investors, analysts & capital market participants- Lead earnings communication, investor decks, strategic narratives & financial messaging- Partner with CEO & Leadership on investor sentiment, capital market trends & strategy alignment- Manage roadshows, investor days, conferences & global meetings- Provide market intelligence, competitive insights & valuation benchmarking- Support capital-raising efforts across equity, debt & structured productsIdeal Candidate:- 15+ years in Investor Relations, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance or Equity Research- Strong relationships with institutional investors & analyst communities- Deep understanding of valuation, financial analysis & capital markets- Exceptional communication & executive presence- Proven ability to influence investor sentiment & shape market perceptionThis is a mission-critical leadership role working directly with the CEOideal for someone who wants to lead strategy, communication, market positioning, and global investor engagement at a fast-scaling financial institution.
