Job Description
Develop and implement the investor relations strategy in alignment with the company's objectives.Act as the primary point of contact for investors and analysts, ensuring timely communication.Prepare and present financial reports, investor presentations, and earnings announcements.Monitor market trends and provide insights to senior leadership to support decision-making.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and consistent messaging.Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including institutional investors and financial analysts.Oversee the creation of annual reports and other investor communication materials.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to investor communications.The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of Investor Relations should have:
CA/MBA with 14-20 years of post-qualification experience in the real estate/infrastructure sectorStrong knowledge of financial markets and investor relations practices.Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Experience in the financial services industry is highly desirable.Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting tools.-
