**Job Title: Agri Field Executive**
**Location**: Various Rural and Semi-Urban Locations
**Employment Type**: Full-Time / Field-Based
**Reporting To**: Project/Area Manager

**Job Summary**:
The Agri Field Executive plays a key role in implementing agricultural programs on the ground. They act as a bridge between farmers and the organization, ensuring effective outreach, farmer training, data collection, and implementation of sustainable agri practices and projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct field visits to engage with farmers, SHGs, and agri-entrepreneurs
- Assist in the implementation of integrated farming systems and sustainable agriculture projects
- Promote organic farming, vermicomposting, livestock integration, and water-efficient practices
- Support farmer registration, documentation, and onboarding for training or schemes
- Organize and facilitate training programs, demonstrations, and awareness camps
- Ensure proper utilization and distribution of farm inputs/tools/equipment
- Monitor crop cycles, pest/disease issues, and guide farmers on solutions
- Maintain daily field reports, photographs, and activity logs
- Coordinate with the head office and government agencies as required
- Promote rural agri-enterprise models like dairy, poultry, mushroom cultivation, etc.
- Collect field data for analysis and reporting

**Requirements**:

- HS & Above.
- Field experience in agriculture extension or community-based projects preferred
- Ability to travel extensively in rural areas
- Good communication skills (local language & Hindi/English preferred)
- Familiar with basic digital tools (smartphone, WhatsApp, GPS tagging, etc.)
- Motivated, honest, and community-oriented

- Documentation and reporting skills

**Growth Path**:
Successful Agri Field Executives can grow into **Senior Field Officers**, **Project Coordinators**, or **Agri Trainers**, depending on performance and training.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
