Arnowa is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Field Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for visiting field sites to conduct thorough inspections and analyses of all electrical connections and panels. Your technical expertise and keen eye for detail will be critical in ensuring that our electrical systems operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards—an essential part of Arnowa’s mission to deliver innovative solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Site Inspections**: Travel to various project sites to perform comprehensive on-site inspections of electrical installations, including panels, wiring, and connections.
- **Technical Analysis**: Assess and analyze the integrity and performance of electrical systems, identifying faults, discrepancies, or opportunities for improvement.
- **Reporting**: Document inspection findings in detailed technical reports, highlighting any issues and recommending corrective measures. Communicate these insights effectively to site managers and the engineering team.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with technicians, engineers, and site managers to coordinate maintenance, repairs, or upgrade initiatives. Provide expert recommendations to enhance system reliability and safety.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure all field work adheres to established safety protocols and regulatory guidelines. Proactively address potential hazards to minimize risks during inspections and maintenance activities.
- **Support New Installations**: Assist in planning and executing new electrical installations, ensuring optimal setup and integration with existing systems.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: A degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in electrical systems analysis, field inspections, or similar roles. Familiarity with electrical panels, wiring, and circuit protection systems is essential.
- **Technical Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
- **Independence & Adaptability**: Ability to work independently, manage your time efficiently, and adapt to varying site conditions and environments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
