Job Overview:

We are seeking dedicated and responsible Field Officers / Encroachment Officers to join our team for a long-term contractual project in Bihar. The selected candidates will play a crucial role in field monitoring, inspection, reporting, and enforcement related to land and property management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular field inspections and surveys as per project requirements.
  • Identify, verify, and report encroachments or unauthorized land usage.
  • Coordinate with local authorities, administrative departments, and enforcement teams.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, daily reports, and photographic evidence of site visits.
  • Assist in planning and execution of anti-encroachment drives and awareness activities.
  • Ensure compliance with project guidelines and legal frameworks.

Desired Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong observational and documentation skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and travel frequently within assigned regions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation.
  • Familiarity with field data collection and land management processes will be an added advantage.
